2. What we collect

  • Contact form data: name, email, organisation (if provided), and your message.
  • Technical data: IP address, date/time, user-agent, pages visited (standard server logs for security/diagnostics).
  • Optional analytics: Currently not enabled. We do not set non-essential cookies or tracking pixels. If this changes, we'll update this Policy and request consent where required.

Please do not include sensitive information in free-text fields.

3. Legal bases (UK/EU GDPR)

  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) to respond to enquiries, operate/secure the Site, prevent abuse, and improve performance.
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for any future non-essential analytics/cookies.

4. How we use your data

  • Respond to your enquiry and maintain related correspondence.
  • Operate, secure, and improve the Site (monitoring, debugging, abuse prevention).
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Sharing and service providers

We may share personal data with hosting/infrastructure providers, email/productivity tools, professional advisers, and authorities when required by law. Vendors are bound by appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

6. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we implement safeguards such as UK/EU Standard Contractual Clauses and relevant addenda.

7. Data retention

  • Contact correspondence: up to 24 months after last interaction (or longer if needed to establish/defend legal claims).
  • Server logs: up to 12 months for security/diagnostics.

If you request earlier deletion, we will comply unless we have a lawful need to retain the data.

8. Your rights

Subject to UK/EU GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability (where applicable), and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time for consent-based processing.

To exercise rights, email privacy@azuros.ai. We may need to verify your identity.

9. Children

This Site is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Security

We use appropriate technical/organizational measures (e.g., HTTPS, access controls, logging). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

11. Complaints

In the UK you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk. If you're in the EEA, you may contact your local supervisory authority. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve your concerns.

12. EU/UK representatives

Given the current, occasional, low-scale processing, we believe Article 27 representation is not required. If this changes, we'll update this Policy with representative details.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date and "Last updated" date.
